A tracker can pass hardware inspection and still generate setup questions when the package leaves SIM, charging, login or support steps unclear. Approve the box contents and first-use flow against the same production sample.

Lock the model and box contents

QCOOL's current 4G Pet GPS Tracker page identifies QC-01 and lists magnetic charging, App and Web access and a manual attachment. Standard packaging may include the tracker, cable and manual. Replace "may include" with a signed packing specification before approval.

List the device model, cable, insert, labels and collar attachment if supplied. Use the Pet GPS Tracker category to identify the listing.

Put network setup before claims

The QC-01 page calls for a 4G Nano SIM with mobile data and the required network bands. Voice functions need calling service. The insert should show the band list, SIM orientation, activation route and APN path. Buyer and supplier must confirm carrier suitability for each market and avoid a universal 4G promise.

Order the quick-start steps around first use: charge, fit the SIM, power on, activate and log in through the App or Web platform. The page supports IMEI entry or a QR scan and tells users to change the default password. Put account security in the same flow.

Test instructions with the current app

Give a production-intent pack to someone unfamiliar with the unit. Ask the tester to follow the supplied instructions and record each stop or support request. Set acceptance limits for the channel and target user.

Scan each QR code and match screen names and screenshots to the approved App build. Verify instructions for LEDs, battery, power saving, geo-fence, route history and troubleshooting against the production version. Failure guidance can check charge, SIM installation, APN settings and 4G signal. A device cannot fix weak coverage.

Carry the pack into production

QCOOL's OEM/ODM capabilities cover boxes, inserts, manuals, labels, barcodes and cartons, plus functional testing and final inspection. Keep the approved pack, bill of materials, artwork, manual and App reference under one revision.

Inspectors can match each device and cable to the list, scan variable codes, check the model and sample the setup flow. Owner copy should cover IMEI and password privacy, the supplied cable, battery checks and the support channel. Production and support teams then use the same reference.
